BY MAKING A BOOKING FOR A STAY AT SHILPI RESORT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.

GENERAL
Your contract is with shilpihillresort.com and its franchisees, associates, related companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "SHILPI RESORT") who operate as a SHILPI RESORT branded hotel ("Hotel")

The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy, Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule and Add-Ons available on the SHILPI RESORT Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by SHILPI RESORT confirming your booking ("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and SHILPI RESORT and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Hotel where you have booked your stay.

In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we" or "us" means SHILPI RESORT and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words "you" or "guest(s)/Guest(s)" means any and all persons for whom a Hotel room is booked.

BOOKINGS
Bookings may be made online at http://online.shilpihillresort.com/("SHILPI RESORT Website"), through our call centres or at any of our Hotels. You must have a registered account on the SHILPI RESORT Website in order to make a booking at any of our Hotels.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards, Paypal, Alipay or online bank transfers for most of our Hotels. The available payment options are displayed during the booking process on our SHILPI RESORT Website. A payment processing fee may apply (Please refer to the Fee Schedule for details).

Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please contact us via the SHILPI RESORT Website (Please refer to Contact Us)

Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the credit card used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.

ROOM RATES
Room rates shown on the SHILPI RESORT Website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals and Add-Ons are not included.

Room rates may or may not include service tax, service charge, VAT or GST (as applicable) and/or other similar charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country or location where the Hotel is located. These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency country where the Hotel is located. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule for details)
Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

SHILPI RESORT ROOMS
SHILPI RESORT room types are as follows and may vary among our Hotels in different locations:
==> Double Room :1 Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
==> Twin Room : 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
==> Single Room :1 Single bed. Maximum occupancy is 1 adult + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
==> Accessible Room : 1 Queen-size bed and facilities to accommodate wheelchair bound person. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
==> Family Room :

    => Type A – 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Single bed (all beds in a single room). Maximum occupancy is 3 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
    => Type B – 2 Queen-size beds (all beds in a single room). Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
    => Quad Room : 1 Double Room + 1 Twin Room (interconnecting rooms). Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of the check-in)

Except for Hotels in the UK, Japan and Australia, all our rooms come equipped with a ceiling fan.

The following amenities are not available in our rooms:
    -> Room service, in-room, telephone, radio, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, bathrobe, mini-bar, tea or coffee making facilities, cots
    -> Additional or extra beds, pillows or duvets

The following amenities are available in certain Hotels but are not included in room price. They are optional amenities which can be purchased as Add-Ons. For more information, see Add-Ons section below and please refer to Add-Ons
    -> In-room television, air-conditioning, room safe, soap, towels

SHILPI RESORT practices a strict NO SMOKING policy in all Hotel premises ("Non Smoking Policy"). Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises including but nit limited to Hotel rooms, except in any smoking area(s) designated by SHILPI RESORT (if any). Failure to comply with this policy shall entitles us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our sole discretion and you must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation or reimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotel room, premises or property, or incurred by Hotel guests or third party, arising from your failure to comply with this policy and SHILPI RESORT reserves the right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred by SHILPI RESORT or any Hotel guests or third party.

For stays in Indonesia, apart from the rights stated above, SHILPI RESORT is entitled to charge a cleaning fee of Rp500,000 to any guest who violates the Non Smoking Policy.


RESTRICTIONS
You may not bring the following into our Hotels:
==> Pets (except for registered guide dogs) or livestock
==> Pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding
==> Any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes

SHILPI RESORT reserves the right to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any Hotel room immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurred for taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Hotel room, premises or property or to any Hotel guests or third party as a result of your failure to comply with this policy.

SHILPI RESORT further reserves the right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from the room immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used the Hotel room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise the safety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the Hotel room, the Hotel premises, the other Hotel guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of SHILPI RESORT, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

SHILPI RESORT is committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all Hotel premises. Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premises including but not limited to Hotel rooms, except in any restricted smoking area(s) designated by SHILPI RESORT (if any) ("Non Smoking Policy"). For stays in Indonesia, a cleaning fee of Rp500,000 will be charged to any guest who violates the Non Smoking Policy.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
All SHILPI RESORT operate a strict check-in and check-out policy, the times of which vary from Hotel to Hotel. Please refer to the Hotel Schedule.

Check-in
Booked rooms will be held for check-in until 9.00 am the following day of the scheduled check-in date, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled upon no-show and SHILPI RESORT shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remaining stay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelled booking.

A refundable key card deposit may be required upon check-in at certain Hotels to cover loss or damage of the key card issued. (Please refer to the Fee Schedule).

Check-out
If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at the Hotel of your stay, SHILPI RESORT reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the then prevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility (luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. SHILPI RESORT shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken.

OPTIONAL FACILITIES

Add-Ons

SHILPI RESORT operates a pay-as-you-use system of Add-Ons which gives the budget conscious the flexibility to purchase only the facilities or services you wish to use. The full list of Add-Ons is provided on the SHILPI RESORT Website (Please refer to Add-Ons). For Add-Ons available at the Hotel of your choice of stay, please refer to the relevant Hotel page on the SHILPI RESORT Website. For your convenience, the Add-Ons will be displayed for purchase during the booking process on SHILPI RESORT Website.

Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option.

You may purchase this through the Hotels' front desk at a minimal charge (Please refer to the Fee Schedule). Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and SHILPI RESORT shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly. Each piece of luggage must weigh no more than 30kgs and may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size. The maximum storage period is one (1) day (one (1) week for SHILPI RESORT).

Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, SHILPI RESORT/the Hotel reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage (luggage storage charges shall continue to apply and you shall be liable for such charges) or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you.

You use the Hotel luggage storage facilities at your own risk. SHILPI RESORT will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release SHILPI RESORT from any liability in respect thereof.

DAMAGE
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. SHILPI RESORT reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by SHILPI RESORT as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, SHILPI RESORT further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
SHILPI RESORT reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
==> The booking has been paid through fraudulent means
==> The booking has been altered by anyone other than SHILPI RESORT or SHILPI RESORT' authorised agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case ==> SHILPI RESORT reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
==> The person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
==> As permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SHILPI RESORT is responsible for providing the room(s) and Add-Ons stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) and according to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept any liability for failure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by law, SHILPI RESORT do not accept any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, "Force Majeure").
Without affecting any statutory consumer rights or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, SHILPI RESORT will not be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever arising out of, caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking, use of the SHILPI RESORT Website or stay at the relevant Hotel even if caused or contributed to by Tune Hotel’s negligence, wrongful act / omission or breach of these terms and conditions or breach of duty or otherwise.

All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and SHILPI RESORT will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through the SHILPI RESORT Website or during your stay at a Hotel.

SHILPI RESORT will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or the Hotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injury and money/valuable belongings.
